| In 2002, Jenn Giacopelli parlayed her personal success competing in the equitation, hunter & jumper disciplines as a junior and young adult into Rhiannon Equestrian.
Jenn’s objective was to create a safe, nurturing professional environment in which riders of all ages could continually grow to experience personal success and achievement at any level.

| Lisa Johnson, has been involved with horses most her life. Following a successful junior career showing in the hunters and equitation, Lisa served as the captain for her intercollegiate team. After college she rode as an amateur and spent several years breaking and training ponies. As a professional, Lisa's riders have been champion at such prestigious shows as Old Salem, Ox Ridge, Fairfield, Hits and the Vermont Summer Festival. Her experience as a trainer, horse show manager and parent of a top junior rider, give Lisa a broad and unique perspective on the horse industry.

| Kate Reynolds LaVerde, a fourth generation horsewoman who grew up showing up and down the east coast in the hunters, jumpers, and equitation divisions. Kate has helped produce winners at major horse shows such as Devon, Pony Finals, the Winter Equestrian Festival, HITS, and the Vermont Summer Festival. After an accomplished intercollegiate career at Cornell, Kate worked for three years in the corporate world while showing as an amateur. Kate is now focusing all her energy as a professional trainer, who gets equal delight in teaching young students and horses from the ground up.
